Citizen Systems America Corporation, the merger of two Citizen Printer divisions, CBM America Corporation, a recognized market leader in POS printers for North America and Citizen America Corporation manufacturers of barcode printers and dot matrix impact printers as well as electronic crystal oscillators and floppy disk drives.
These changes are part of an overall structural reform with the Citizen Group to streamline operations. The objective of creating the new company is to increase awareness of Citizen branded products, increase sales, marketing and operational efficiencies, and more closely align our new product development efforts to market and customer needs.
