Epson's 9-pin, 80 column FX-890 serial impact printer is compact, rugged and extremely reliable. It's ideal for high-speed printing of customer receipts, invoices and order confirmations. The wide carriage 9-pin, 132 column Epson FX-2190 is a back-office workhourse when it comes to retail printing applications such as inventory and sales reports. Both printers feature the fastest printing in their class, to keep customer lines moving fast.

Both printers feature an MTBF ratingof over 20,000 power-on-hours (POH), a 400 million character print head and speeds of up to 680 cps. And their long-life ribbon cartridges hoost productivity and ensure a low cost per page.

Advanced paper handling

The easy-to-use FX-890 and the FX-2190 come with four convenient paper paths to accommodate cut-sheet paper, continuous forms up to 7-parts thick, lables, envelopes, roll paper and more.

Seamless integration

Designed to integrate into any system quickly and easily, both the FX-890 and the FX-2190 come with Epson, IBM and Microline printer langauges, featuring standard Parallel and USB connections and a Type-B slot for optional interface cards. And they include Epson's easy-to-use Remote Configuration Manager software which allows printers to be set up for optimum use.
